Description
Last year, FUTUR and MEPHISTO reimagined the iconic Barracuda shoe and this season Mountain Research wanted in on the action. Drawing learning from the ‘80s and ‘90s, the trio create a hiking boot that fuses Japanese style with French technical know-how, resulting in these MEPHISTO Airbag Systems. They’re handmade in France from supple suede and come lined with a waterproof GORE-TEX membrane, while thick lugged rubber soles provide traction on any terrain underfoot.
