At Cheap Sneakersbe Jordan outlet we pride ourselves with our guarantee. It is designed to ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner.

If you order with us before 3PM, we guarantee that we will fulfill your order within the same day, or else you will receive the item for free.

If you order with us after 3PM, we guarantee that we will fulfill your order within 24 hours, or else you will receive the item for free. 

Dispatch of orders is generally same day or next business day of fulfilment. 

This doesn’t apply over the weekend/public holidays as they are not business days.

If your order over the weekend/public holiday, your order will be fulfilled on the next business day & the same guarantee applies
