If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of knowledge your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.
