If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back at the boutique in Logo-Print. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with self pick-up, but it is not in your area, we will send them at our cost to a place you indicate. The order will be ready for pick-up no later than 4 working days from when the payment confirmation is sent to you via e-mail. We will inform you when the order is ready to be picked up in a separate e-mail.
