Jacquemus

Simon Porte Jacquemus is a designer who scraped through his beginnings in the fashion industry. He grew up in a thorp nearby Marseille, and Paris was both his obsession and hope for success. His beloved mother's death had a vast influence on launching his eponymous brand. By the means of his work, including collections for women, he draws on his childhood memories in a family environment. Seen by Rei Kawakubo herself, he prides himself in modernist, deconstructed tailoring and palette colors. Become acquainted with Jacquemus' incessant sensuality and femininity by the use of innovative, geometrical, often-futuristic dresses, asymmetrical and cropped tops, ample trousers and coats, knitted sweaters and jewelry.
