KICKS CREW Referral Program

How It Works

The KICKS CREW referral program is designed to provide members of the KICKS CREW with an opportunity to help us expand the marketplace.

Here’s how the referral program works:

• If you refer a friend and they purchase an item from Website or APP, you will both receive a $10 coupon on your account.
• You will receive this coupon after the referral's purchase is completed.
• Referral Rewards will only apply to the subtotal of any order purchased –  shipping fees or taxes are not covered.
• Referral Rewards will be issued in your currency (e.g., USD, CAD, HKD, etc.). 
• coupon once your referral has completed their first purchase.
• The Reward coupon is owned by the receiver's account, and it is not able to be used by other users.
• If you’re caught attempting to abuse or defraud the referral program, your KICKS CREW account will be suspended.

 

Terms and Conditions

The KICKS CREW Referral Program (“The Program”) allows you to earn promotional Reward coupons toward future KICKS CREW purchases by referring friends to become new users on KICKS CREW.

To participate, you must agree to these terms, which are incorporated into the KICKS CREW Terms. Terms that are not defined here will have the same meaning as given to them in the KICKS CREW Terms.

You can earn Rewards if: 

• A referred friend clicks on their referral link to create a valid KICKS CREW account that complies with our Terms of Use.
• The referred friend completes a Qualifying Transaction.

The referred person will receive the coupon amount(s) specified for each Qualifying Transaction (in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials) after the referred friend’s transaction is completed. 

 

Qualifying Transactions

A Qualifying Transaction has no minimum spent. The Qualifying Transaction must be made using the KICKS CREW app or website, and the referred friend must complete the transaction before receiving Rewards. A Qualifying Transaction does not include if the transaction is canceled at any time.

 

Redeeming Rewards

Rewards may only be redeemed in the KICKS CREW app or website. Once earned, Rewards will appear on the referring member’s checkout page, but you may need to enter a code at checkout to redeem the coupon. 

Rewards must be used within one year from the date they are issued, after which they may expire. Rewards are coupons issued for promotional purposes; they have no cash value and may not be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Rewards may not be earned by creating multiple KICKS CREW accounts. Rewards accrued in separate KICKS CREW accounts may not be combined into one KICKS CREW account.

If you believe that there is a discrepancy regarding your balance of Rewards, please contact KICKS CREW Support. KICKS CREW may require you to submit additional information in order to better assist you. All decisions regarding your balance will be final and at KICKS CREW’s sole discretion.

You are responsible for any Tax consequences that may result from your redemption or use of Rewards. Where applicable, KICKS CREW may be required to account for VAT on any services for which the Rewards are redeemed.

 

Sharing Referral Links

Referrals should only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Referral links should not be published or distributed on coupon websites. Members are prohibited from “spamming” anyone with referral invitations. This includes:

• Mass emailing
• Heres how the referral program works
• Refer a friend

 

Referred Friends

Referred friends who have signed up using a valid referral link will also receive Rewards in the form of a coupon or coupons in the amount(s) indicated in the referral invitation or accompanying promotional materials. 

Coupon codes that are not automatically applied during checkout, it must be entered manually. Coupon codes may not be transferred to another person, exchanged for cash, or combined with other KICKS CREW referral programs or incentives.

Coupon codes expire one year from the date you signed up for a KICKS CREW account. KICKS CREW reserves the right to any remedy, including cancellation of your account or transaction, if we suspect fraud, tampering, or violations of these terms, KICKS CREW’s Terms of Use, or technical errors. 

If your transaction later qualifies for a refund, the maximum refund you will receive is the amount you actually paid. You will not receive a refund for the referral coupon.

 

Multiple Referrals

Every referred friend may only use one referral link. If a referred friend receives referral links from multiple people, only the referrer associated with the link used to create the referred friend’s account will receive Rewards.

 

Severability

If any provision in these terms is held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

Invite your friends and family to the crew and earn with the KICKS CREW referral program

KICKS CREW may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the KICKS CREW’s Terms of Use. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.

The scope, variety, and type of services and products that you may obtain by redeeming Rewards can change at any time.

 

Updates to the Terms

We can update these terms at any time without prior notice. If we modify these terms, we will post the modification on the KICKS CREW.com website, applications, or services, which are effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
