13 June 2024Inspired by summer days spent relaxing on the lakeside, SneakersbeShops and Polo Ralph Lauren reunite for their latest collaborative collection.
Following on from their debut collaboration titled “Baroque”, SneakersbeShops and Polo Ralph Lauren reunite with a 10-piece capsule. The collection is inspired by staycations spent by the lake with friends, embodying the joy and youthful energy of carefree summers in the sun.
The collection is steeped in the sartorial codes of the iconic American brand, taking signature pieces from Polo Ralph Lauren and giving them a bespoke makeover. The collaborative theme taps into the nostalgia of youthful summer vacations spent by the lake with friends, reflected in vintage-inspired graphics that lean in on Polo Ralph Lauren’s quintessentially American aesthetic.
SneakersbeShops X POLO RALPH LAUREN COLLECTION
Tees, hoodies and sweatpants are crafted from reverse French terry with exposed seams — adding a raw edge to Polo Ralph Lauren’s clean-cut aesthetic — then printed with vintage graphics inspired by sporting goods, depicting fish and rowing boats to reflect the lakeside theme. Elsewhere, Polo Ralph Lauren classics are given the nod, with polo shirts — both classic and striped rugby iterations — embroidered with Polo branding and overlapping oars.
To complete the collection, accessories provide the perfect addition to any lakeside ensemble, with blue swim shorts and a tan-hued cap that’re both detailed with the collection’s bespoke Polo branding.
