If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of zipped the shipment. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to split that it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with a personal pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our bag to the indicated place. The order will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail.
