If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We are unable to own returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with a personal pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our cost to the indicated place. The order will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail. We will inform You that order is ready to pick up in a separate email.
