If the order does not meet your expectations you can return them within 14 days of receipt the shipment. If you want to make a return at our expense, you can do it within 5 days of receipt the shipment. We strongly recommend that the you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that the it arrives back at the boutique in time. We are unable to accept returns of earrings and fine jewellery for hygienic reasons.

If you want to order items with a personal pick up, but it is in your area, we send it at our cost to the indicated place. The order will be ready for delivery no later than 4 working days from the date of confirmation of payment sending to you by e-mail. We will inform You that the order is ready to pick up in a separate email.
